Normand Caux has been a farmer forever, and at the beginning of 2016 he reaped his first malt crop after turning his farm into a malthouse a year ago. The Ferme-malterie Caux-Laflamme is a family farm with a great vision for the future. Martin Éthier is a passionate producer, cultivating organic hops in large quantities that allows us to give our beer its unique and delicious flavour. The Houblon Franklin hop fields have been in business since 2011 in Saint-Antoine Abbé, and today they produce over a dozen varieties of hops.
