This is the time for inspiration and creativity. What do we look for in a product? What do local producers have to offer, depending on the season? What do we want to create that's linked to our values? Discussions and ideas are on the menu when the team gets together. And we never forget our golden rule: Everything must be organic!
With the help of a small brewing kit, we produce a 25L beer sample. This allows us to determine if the magic happens and then make any adjustments… until we get the taste just right!
If we like the results, then we launch ourselves into production mode. 1, 2, 3… GO! This is when we place orders with our partners and ensure their products are available. Everything has to be ready to launch!
Remember that each of our beers has to stand out in any environment—and we love to keep them elegant. This is the stage when we develop packaging for our beer and get in touch with our partner, Ball, who will produce our beautiful cans.
Now we start the ball rolling on production at the brewery. This stage includes various operations, from brewing (mashing, conversion, filtration, boiling, whirlpool) to fermentation, maturation, transfer, and conditioning.
Last but not least, the canning stage is where we transfer the beer from the fermenter to the conditioning tank, which is located right next to our canning unit. Our canning machine can fill and inscribe a code on 5 cans at a time. All that's left is to package each can with 3 of its friends! Then it's off to the pallets for delivery and distribution... and straight to you!
