Tip: You can also make individual puddings in small, oven-proof ramekins. Just cook for 12 to 15 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
Note: If you’d like your pudding to have a more pronounced beer taste, use 1 cup (250mL) of beer and 1 cup (250mL) of cream in the sauce.
